In -/-/2016 I ordered a credit report from Experian. Experian signed me up for their online credit service at $24.99 a month. I have been billed recurringly since -/-/2016 and only recently noticed the recurring charges. When I approached Experian about a refund (since I have not used the service and did not knowingly authorize the service), they stated that I had seven days to cancel the service (which I am certain I did), and they had no indication that I had done so. I had a similar issue with - and they refunded me the full amount. I believe Experian's service is deceptive and that ordering an online credit report should not be tied their onlgoing monthly service, which i believe is extremely overpriced for what you receive. They really are taking advantage of consumers needing a credit report.
