TD Bank US Holding Company Credit card department,
I haver requested on numerous occasions an interest reduction from Nordstrom Card which I believe is owned by TD Bank. Each time I have requested I am given another excuse as to why I can not be done as previously requested. I was told that " systems were down '' call us back in 30 days and we will lower it, make on time payments for 6 month and it will automatically be reduced. In my most recent discussion with a senior supervisor from Customer Service I was once again denied. I requested a full transcript from the conversation and was promised I would receive but again I was lied to. The ridiculous interest rate 0f nearly 29 % has prevented me from ever paying off this debt, even worse has caused me to fall behind in other areas. Nordstrom Card is avoiding this issue as they know that they are wrong. Please help me recover the extraordinary fees I have been charged. This bank is ripping many off in the same way I am sure.
