I opened a credit card account approximately 4months ago. The sole purpose of the account was to obtain a promotional - gift card of $100.00 if I used the card in an allotted time frame. I have used the card and have never received the gift card. This is after three inquiries over the last three months. they admit I should have received the card over 6 weeks ago and keep " researching '' why I never obtained this. US Bank and - have fraudulently solicited the opening of this account under false promotion. There is no intention on their part to send the card. The last " supervisor '' I spoke with was - employed # - and told me " They are going to research the problem '' ... again!!!
