ON -/-/2016 AT - I BROUGHT THIS TO THE ATTENTION OF BOA MARYLAND 'S - -. HER AND HER BOSS STATED THAT THE ERRONEOUS LATE FEES AND PAST DUE LABEL/HOLD WOULD BE REMOVED, AS I HAVE BEEN MAKING MY PAYMENT BEFORE THE DUE DATE. - - : THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE BOA SYSTEM OR SOME EVIL, IDLE - AT BOA HAS THE PAYMENT I MADE ON -/-/2016 COUNTING AS IF IT POSTED ON -/-/2016! - - - : I do see where a late fee adjustment of - and minimum interest charge adjustment of - were credited to the statement balance on -/-/2016. - - : I ALLOWED 48 HOURS FOR - CHANGE TO TAKE EFFECT, BUT THE PAST DUE LABEL HAS NOT BE RECTIFIED!
- - - : Upon reviewing your account, I see we issued a refund request have you received your refund? - - : HER SUPERVISORS - - AND - - ADVISED HER OF THE BOA ERROR AND THEY SAID IT WOULD BE CREDITED!!!!!! - - - : - -, upon review, I identified the issue. On -/-/2016, a payment of - post that was applied to your -/-/2016 due date. On -/-/2016, a payment of - was applied to the same billing of -/-/2016 because your account cycles on - of every month. I completely understand your intent were to apply -/-/2016 - payment to the -/-/2016 due date. I can easily correct this by issuing you the refund of - that you made on -/-/2016. At you will, you can easily resubmit that payment. Keep in mind : Refunds can take up to 5-7 business days. - - : On -/-/2016 AT - EST, I spoke with BOA - , WV - - . He stated, on the purported record call, that " all fees would be removed and that the payment which posted on the - will be counted for the -, and the " past due '' label will be removed as there is no such thing as paying too early and it is evident that you have been paying at least 1 % of your current total balance due every month, and that the rectification would take 48 hours to be completed. '' Well it is twelve ( 12 ) days later, -/-/2016, and the same " past due '' label and inaccurate amount due claim is still erroneously on my account. As such this will be presented to the Attorney General, -, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, because Bank of America is no different than - -. You all are only trying to get rich any way you can ... past due label still appears when I login in ... I can not make my next payment before - until this accounting error is removed and rectified first, because it will make everything going forward confusing and that 's what they want confusion.
