Amex Prepaid card department,
General purpose card Unauthorized transactions/trans. issues Ohio
I have Amex Serve and I 've noticed that as of yesterday at - my card went from a positive balance to a negative balance with double transactions. I can not call customer service bc it says they are using technical issues and to call back later.
