Closing/Cancelling account Ohio

best buy closed my account based on a report obtained from -. I called best buy and told them the report and information that they obtained was incorrect and it must not be me. I crossed referenced the consumer report from - and they are clearly wrong. Now they have closed my account so this will negatively affect my credit score.
