EQUIFA- is refusing to correct the release date for a state tax lien. I submitted the documents showing the correct release date of -. On the reinvestigation report, EQUIFA- stated that the release date had been updated to - as of today, it is still being reported - which is incorrect. This lien has been paid on - and has met the 7 year Statue of Limitations and should be removed from my credit report.
