I called Synchrony Bank regarding my - account that is pasted due - past due representative who never gave me his ID told me my account has been charged off when I requested to speak with a manager the call was transferred a co worker named - who pretended to be a manager and refused to give the name of the first Rep and when I asked for his manager h ended the call In addition I have lost of income protection insurance which was not applied to the past due account
