Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Florida

I am a - - - former employee - in a position which required -. My personal information was compromised by the breach of data maintained by the -. Chase Bank will not removed $30000.00 of charges to my credit card fraudulently made by companies by gaining access to my personal financial information on file with - despite my providing them with information that showed : ( 1 ) the companies either did not exist, ( 2 ) I have never traveled outside the U.S but one time since retiring and that was - last year, ( 3 ) the identification of my computer as the source of charges is not a reliable method of personal identification because a individual 's computer IP address may be obtained by a number of ways not at all difficult and used as a mask for the actual computer being used to complete a transaction including making the charge for a service as was the situation in a number of charges where the largest dollar amount and recurring transactions seemed to be coming from - actually from - where I have never visited, ( 4 ) despite being - - - I consider myself

outstanding balance this $30000.00 without providing me a list of these charges so I can review again with them personally every charge and prove not just by sworn statement but other information and evidence I did not authorize or make any of the disputed charges. The total of these charges ( $30000.00 ) will cause my credit card to exceed it 's limit which is $18000.00 because I currently have an outstanding balance of a $ -. This information will be forwarded to the - credit bureaus, reducing my credit score, eliminating some consulting opportunities which I do regularly, and make any new credit impossible to obtain, even to lease a vehicle. This is one of the most egregious actions a bank can take against an individual, erroneous reporting to a credit bureau. Even a man who has - from an - can not wipe this off his credit bureau report and it all starts with the egregious actions of Chase Bank. It seems there is something to be learned from the - -, " - '', first do no harm which financial institutions should be forced to observe
