Citibank has reported to credit reporting agencies that the credit accounts with them were " charged off '' while cards were paid as agreed and Citibank refuses to recognize that they were not able to accept payments remitted because it was illegal to so do after the credit bureaus INCORRECTLY reported a bankruptcy filing.
