Barclays PLC Credit card department,
I have been a Barclay Credit Card holder since 2014. After reviewing my payment history I discovered that they were taking - dollars a month for interest which only 10 percent of my payment was actually going towards paying down the balance. Their terms and agreement page is misleading and unclear.
