I HAD A CREDIT BALANCE ON MY AMERICAN E-PRESS CARD FOR AMOUNT OF $21.00 AS PER -/-/2016. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE ON -/-/2016 & SPOKE TO - - . I REQUESTED HIM FOR REFUND CHECK FOR $21.00. TODAY, I RECEIVED STATEMENT OF THIS CREDIT CARD WHICH CLOSE ON -/-/2016. I DID NOT GET MY CHECK. CUSTOMER SERVICE OF AMERICAN E-PRESS IS VERY BAD & UNTRUSTWORTHY. IT IS NOT FAIR THAT THEY HAVE ALL THE RIGHTS TO COLLECT LATE FEE, INTEREST & REPORT TO CREDIT BUREAU. THEY SHOULD BE EQUALLY PENALIZE AS THEY DO WITH CUSTOMER. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IN - & THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY RESPECT FOR AMERICAN CUSTOMER.
