I disputed the Bankruptcy on my credit report with Equifax Credit Reporting Agency. The Bankruptcy was dismissed. Based on the law the Bankruptcy should be removed from my credit report because I never filed for the Bankruptcy. I am going to provide the dismissal papers for my complaint against Equifax Credit Reporting Agency.
