Incorrect information on credit report Account status California

- contines to list - as late 30 days in -/-/-. I have never paid this account late and - is the only CRA reporting it as late, all others have either deleted the trade line or have it listed in a positive status. -/-/- to -/-/- is 7 years and the reporting period if I had paid late has expired and thus this account should be moved into a positive status on my report or the entire trade line deleted. I contacted - back in - requesting the update with no resolve. Additionally - continues to also report - on my account also a violation, the statute of limitations and the reporting period for this item has passed. The item was transferred to - - and then sold transferred to - - -. This is a zombie debt and as such should be deleted. Due to Equifax not responding to my requests I reached out to the collection agency that the account was sold to and they have confirmed there is nothing owed and have deleted the account from my credit file as such the original creditor should do the same. The same instance has been for - -, this item was also a - transferred to - and then sold to - - which also states the item to be deleted as the statute of limitations and reporting period has ended as such the original creditor should be removed. I have tried mailing Equifax and also trying to dispute via their website and while I have a report number and key in all the relevant information their website will not allow me to dispute. I am unable to seek resolution through them. I implore CFPB to contact Equifax.
