Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info Georgia

I recently review my Experian report to find the same collection agency whom did not verify debt in first instance and deleted back on my report. Experian did not provide any notice of this reinsertion and did not provide notice it was deleted. The initial deletion was on - -, 2016 and reinserted in - 2016.
