I opened an online account with Synchrony Bank about 2 months ago. Beginning - weeks ago, I have been unable to access my account. When I log in, I get a message to call them. I have called 4 times and no one has been able to correct this issue. They say they will escalate it, but no one calls me & no one has fixed this problem.
