Equifax Credit reporting department,
Incorrect information on credit report Account status Colorado
My insurance provider - - was to pay ( and did eventually ) - Colorado for services that they referred me for. - turned the bill over to collections with professional finance even though the bills were eventually paid by -. - made an error and temporarily cancelled my coverage and I should have never had a lapse in insurance. I did communicate with - - about the issue and they said no problem - they would get it handled. I do have correspondence form - that they were at fault and would cover the charges. I was also told there would be no dings on my credit report. Well that apparently was not true. The amounts were $450.00 and $330.00 showing as medical collections.
