Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Tennessee

I have been applying to received my credit report from Equifax and -. With Equifax I received a letter stating again I had to submit proof of my id due to they can not find me in the system. This time they sent the name as - - -. They keep sending me letters asking for proof of id but sending it in the wrong name.
