I provide my full name, address, and social security number and the representative was not able to locate an account with the information I provided. She informed to send and email to -- with a snapshot of the account on my credit report. I also included a validation request to show proof that I owe - - - for the amount of -. I did not get a response to my email and I called once again to be told the same information.
