Incorrect information on credit report Account status Texas

I had - hospital bills that were on my credit report for $11.00 & $15.00 and I should have never even been billed for these charges but it was easier to pay them then to dispute them. The charges were paid and all of the credit reporting agencies except Equifax had removed the negative credit after the charges were paid. Equifax 's system of reporting something does n't work and they want you to purchase their credit protection services so you can get items corrected on your report. I want my credit report updated properly and if Equifax can do what they want, to try and coerce people into purchasing their products, then they should n't be involved in the credit reporting business. What they are doing should be illegal and probably is. I would like to have my credit report removed from Equifax 's services. I should n't have to use a corrupt credit reporting agency.
