Citibank Credit card department,
I have a Best Buy store card through Citi that advertises a " no interest '' promotional period. First, it was not at all made clear to me that the interest still accumulates unless you pay the balance in full. Secondly, I had requested and received alerts regarding promo-balances coming to the end of their designated time periods. In -, - promotional balances came up without notice and my balance more than doubled ( over $3000.00 in interest charges ). I ca n't imagine that they would have no obligation to actively notify me that I 'm about to incur a $3000.00 fee.
