Received an offer on my -Miles Member account to receive - bonus miles after $1000.00 purchase if I obtained a - - -. When the card arrived in the mail the paperwork indicated I would only receive - miles. I called customer service, they opened a case and said they did not know of any - miles offer. The following day I received the same offer for - in the mail. I emailed the retention area the copies and have been getting the run around for two weeks. I never activated the card as I had no intention of keeping it if this was a scam. I called today and requested they close the account as I did not wish to pay the annual fee which was billed to me. The paymentioned was due and I was not paying the if I was n't keeping the card.
