I moved from - to -. Attempting to get my car registered in -. Chase Bank holds the title and they received a request from - DMV on -/-/2016. Chase has told me they were scheduled to have the title sent on or about -/-/-. They still have not sent the title and I have been driving without a registered car due to the time it has taken for the title to be sent to - DMV. For the past week and a half I have called every day to try and get some resolution to the issue, which has been fruitless. I have been told that it has been escalated but it has not seemed to resulted in any movement. I have been told that now the estimated time frame of Chase send my title would be on or about -/-/-.
