U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
I ordered an online personal income tax software package from - - - - on the - website on -/-/16 using a US Bank Credit Card for $27.00. I never received the e-mail with the download code, so I could never gain access to the tax software. I contacted - & - -, - and US Bank in order to get the software or get a reversal of the $27.00 charge on my credit card. All refused to assist me in getting the software or a credit. US Bank gave me a credit on -/-/16, but then reversed the credit on -/-/16.
