JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I purchased - dog beds from -. They both had tears in tem. I contacted the merchant and they sent me a return label to send these - dogs beds back to them. I sent the - dog bed covers back to them with the return receipt. They advised that they received a " blue cushion ''. Both dog beds were in the box. My credit card ompany is not helping me at all. They are taking the word of -. I have contacted -, - and the dept of consumer protection. This is very upsetting.
