JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I used my chase/visa card to purchase close to $50000.00 in merchandise for a company called -. The site is no longer functioning, I can no longer log in, costumer service email and number are no longer being monitored, and I have no means to reaching anyone at the company. I filed a chargeback with Chase but it 's been a nightmare. They are unwilling to help me and it appears there dispute department is outsourced. Its been 45 days and I have not been helped one bit. I mailed a - page document of everything I was owed but I received a letter saying my chargebacks were denied. I dont know what else to do and can not understand why they are not protecting me from companies like -. There are other people who are in the same situation as me, -, and they have already been refunded. Chase is just unwilling to help.
