Citibank Credit card department,
I paid off Best Buy Credit Card and was awaiting a refund of balance. This was in - it is now -, and have n't received refund but I have had the run away and told I gotten the refunded when I called with my bank on a recorded line stating they put it in the wrong account and it was not the account I stated. It 's now -/-/16 still no refunded, transfer to this dept. and hung up on another, promise to get this done in 10 days and still nothing. Best Buy/Citi-Group can never get me as a customer again because I know my bank account # and I repeated it several times only to get my refund sent to the wrong account and Best Buy customer service only tells me its was sent to you and closed it. Cause apparently I do n't know my " Bank Account ''!! Done!! Complaint filed!
