Called Synchrony Bank for my Sam 's Club MC - regarding password account access issues. Account rep transfer to fraud rep who argued w/ me regarding my use of a password generator. I use generator for management & generation of passwords for my protection. Fraud rep told me that I must make password that I can remember. My argument is I use generator because of total random nature of password of - characters. Also that if I must use something simple as fraud rep is telling me, I can not be help responsible for issues relating to my account due to easy to hack passwords like - #!. And if that is the case, I should close all of my accounts with Synchrony ( ALL SARCASM ) which fraud rep took as literacy! At that point, call dropped as call was being made on my cell phone. You would think fraud rep would call to confirm, but according to a supervisor named - it is to much effort on the part of reps to call customers and do such things like confirm such drastic actions, like closing ALL SYNCHRONY ACCOUNTS! I also have documented with - my mobile carrier that I have call issues at home. This fraud rep, can according to a rep, because he has the power to do so, close all of my accounts. And I have to call and fight to have this all reversed because he could not call and confirm such a drastic action. More so because it seems that he disagreed with me on the password issues and doing things how he was telling me and that I would NOT submit to him. So he went on to teach me a lesson. It seems that I was just to bow down and do as he instructed like a good lil woman should. Then my calls to correct this were met with it is all my fault because people do no understand sarcasm in an argument anymore.
