I had a credit card with Citibank for which they took me to a collection agency. I got an agreement with the collection agency and paid off the credit card. This was back in - 2016 and today - -, 2016 they have not removed the collection from my credit report and its affecting my ability to have a decent credit. I called Citibank like 4-5 time and they stated that they do n't offer deletion letters and could only provide a fax number for me to fax my claim to CitiCard Credit Services to the attention of " Citibank CRB Dispute ''. To this day I have not heard back from Citibank and my credit still showing that collection which should had been removed by now because it 's been more than 60 days since I paid off the debt. I beg for your help to have CitiCard to remove that collection from my credit.
