I was injuried on the job and covered by worker comp. - sent the - bills to me, so I called them and wrote them that they need to send the bill to The -, as the bills are covered by workers comp insurance. They continued to send me bills monthly for awhile. Then they turned the bills over to the - - - whom in turn allowed the false record to become a part of my credit history. I spoke to - several times over the last few years and they failed to take actions to contact the people that sent the false report to them or take any action to correct the mistakes. There are - bills that came from the same day over the same injury, and both from -. After a few years I found out that the false records were still on my credit report, as I got turned down on my credit applications, and also got higher interest rates for credit I did get granted. I again called - to complain and file disputes with credit reporting agencies. - finally deleted - of the false bills but left the other. This is not fair nor lawful. I am paying higher interest rates on - credit issues because of them false reports not getting the proper attention from the - - - and the report credit score agencies, ( -, Experian, and -, as far as I know. - - - : item # - ( recently deleted ) and case # - which is still listed.
