I purchased an international product using my Bank of America ( BofA ) - card but the merchandise received was lower quality in workmanship and material than - prior suites purchases at a lower cost. I contacted BofA to raise my concerns and they informed me of the process to follow to resolve my dispute. Since the first call, BofA did not provide proper guidance for international disputes ( per - ), been unresponsive to my follow-ups ( - calls ), and, during my last phone call with the Credit Claims Department on -/-/2016, the BofA representatives asked me to forge a letter from a - retailer to say the product was not of quality ; this was witnessed by myself and the BofA Branch Manager. I am very disappointed in the way BofA has handled my credit card dispute.
