Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info Washington
PLEASE NOTICE ITEMS # - ON THE UPLOADED CFPB COMPLAINT REVIEW PDF. E-PERIAN DELETED THE NEGATIVE ITEM ... I 'm a little confused. Two months ago, I disputed the following previously deleted account as being inaccurate, and Experian deleted it because the furnisher agreed with me. But today, I went online and checked my credit and noticed that your company put the previously deleted account that was deleted back onto my credit without notifying me. From my understanding, if you re-insert a previous item, you must notify me at least five days after placing this item back on my credit report. So why was I not notified? Because of your actions, my credit score dropped by - points, causing me to pay a higher interest rate on my loan. In addition, I read an act on the FTC website stating that your action is a violation which carries a fine. Please delete this previously deleted account.
