on -/-/- I called american express to get a replacement card I was told It will be mailed to my address in 4 busniss days, After a week I called them back because I did not get the card and everytime I call them I get the same answer.On -/-/- I call them and said If I do not get my card I will have to close the account then the representative close the account and hung up on with reading the disclosure to me or asking me for my approval, then they took away all cash back money, And ever since that time I call them over 20 times to solve my problem and everytime I get the same answer that said we will reinstate the account in 48 hours and now its been two weeks and nobody did anything to help me.
