In my experience with this company they have done the following items : Threatening a lawsuit and other legal action Improper contact ( such as calling late at night or at work, frequent / repeated calls, or contact after the consumer had asked the company not to call with written letter mailed stating clearly to do not contact ) Disclosing the existence of the debt to third parties and knowledge of other debt Continuing to attempt to collect debt that was not owed or that had been paid. Made arrangement to pay off prior debt, Close and remove debt for credit history Failed to compete their end of the settlement Failure to accept payment arrangement on multiple occasions
