The primary residence was sold via a Short Sale and I was able to SUSTAIN by curing the mortgage deficiencies on the rental property, which is an ACTIVE MORTGAGE with - and has been in place since - I have been informed by - that E-PERIAN has an IN-HOUSE POLICY to delete ALL Mortgage History on a Mortgage that has a bankruptcy tied to it, thus in effect VIOLATING MY 5TH AND 14TH AMENDMENT RIGHTS AS WELL AS VIOLATING THE FEDERAL CREDIT & REPORTING ACT. E-PERIAN IN-HOUSE POLICY FLIES IN THE FACE OF PUBLIC POLICY. IT IS DAMAGING MY FULL CREDIT MARKETABILITY. - has informed me that - as well violated my 5th and 14th Amendment Rights by NOT reporting my ACTIVE MONTHLY MORTGAGE PAYMENTS during the time of bankruptcy filing and bankruptcy dismissal and did not RESUME my ACTIVE MONTHLY MORTGAGE PAYMENTS TO - UNTIL -, WHICH MEANS ALL OF MY MORTGAGE HISTORY HAS BEEN WIPED OUT AND DID NOT RESUME UNTIL -. E-PERIAN IN-HOUSE POLICY HAS FAR REACHING RAMIFICATION AGAINST ALL CONSUMERS WHO MAY HAVE FILED BANKRUPTCY AND WERE ABLE TO HOLD ON TO THEIR PROPERTIES, THEIR MORTGAGE HISTORY SHOULD NOT BE WIPED OUT COMPLETELY AND E-PERIAN SHOULD STOP VIOLATING CONSUMERS 5TH AND 14TH AMENDMENT RIGHTS!
