Equifax Credit reporting department,
Incorrect information on credit report Public record Maryland
I have disputed Chapter - bankruptcy with Equifax they signed for my initial certified dispute letter on -/-/2016. They responded that they have verified the reporting to be accurate from the federal bankruptcy court. I requested validation in the form of my signature, they failed to provide that to me validation. I also submitted them a copy of a letter from the bankruptcy court stating they do not provide any information to the credit bureaus along with a 2nd dispute letter which they signed for on -/-/2016. This is deformation and Violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I demand that it be removed immediately from my credit report. As of today -/-/2016 they still have failed to validate this or mark my report as disputed. Equifax has failed to properly investigate this. They sent me the same verification letter both times within 4 days of signing for the letters. Which tells me they generated a pre-written letter from the computer and sent it to me.
