I HAVE REPORTED TO THE CREDIT REPORTING AGENCY 'S THAT I WANT TO HAVE MY BANKRUPTCY 'S REMOVED DUE TO THE FCRA SECTION 1681 A SECTION 5 YOU MUST DELETE MY BANKRUPTCY 'S FROM MY REPORT DUE TO THE FACT THAT IT IS A CASE THAT NEVER TOOK PLACE AND THAT WAS ALREADY ADJUDICATED IT IS DEEMED NONE-ISTENT ALL CASES IN WHICH ARE ON MY REPORTS THESE CASES THAT WHERE NEVER FILED AND OR ADJUDICATED SO I WANT THEM REMOVED BY THE COMPANY
