M & T Mortgage Company foreclosed on my FHA-insured property in - -. As of - -, they have failed to file a claim with HUD for the property, although in - they only have 18 months to do so. When I inquired about the matter through FHA, the lender falsely claimed that the mortgage was 42 months delinquent and in foreclosure status with Eviction Proceedings initiated ; despite the fact that the house sold at auction in - -, has been vacant since - - since I live in -, and they 've received multiple code violations for not properly securing the home. In addition, the lender is claiming I am still indebted to them.
