Citibank Credit card department,
I signed up for a 0 % APR interest credit card from Citibank. I was issued an 18 month 0 % credit card in late - / early -. I was given numerous interest fees. I called on - - express my frustration. Citibank stated " they would get back to me in - - 10 business days. '' They never did. I called on - -. And my second inquiry into the fees resulted in stating that I never signed up for a 0 % 18 month interest free credit card.
