Incorrect information on credit report Account status Maryland
I have disputed a child support collection account several times with Equifax. I have no past due balance and have not had a past due balance in over year. In fact, since -, I have received a small refund check each and every month for overpayment. I have provided screen shots of my account, my case workers phone number. I submitted a dispute last month and Equifax came back, removed the historical balance and indicated that I have an even greater past due balance. I do n't think they are actually even checking. I am trying to purchase a home and this is making me completely ineligible and the information is inaccurate. I filed a previous complaint through this agency and Equifax replied to you that they updated my information. They added back incorrect information. I need this corrected. I am willing to have a conference call with the child support collection agency for the state of Colorado - whatever I need to do. Can you please assist me? This is unacceptable and my rights are being violated now for nearly a year. I am following the dispute and complaint process and this is not being resolved. I have attached the results from my most recent dispute.
