Incorrect information on credit report Account status Texas

Continue to have issues with Equifax credit reporting service removing and then replacing collections on my report. - - removed both collections from - and - from all - credit reports. Equifax removed the accounts, then placed them back. Each time they do this, it hurts my credit score. Equifax continues to not fix errors on reports, and when they do, they turn around and place the information back on the report.
