- has put a false collection report against my credit. They are saying that I owe them $690.00 for equipment that was not returned. When I cancelled our service with - I took the equipment we had ( boosters to help with the cell signal in our home ) to a - store for them to send to their warehouse for return. I received a bill from - after this and explained that I had returned the items to the store. - claims they never got them. I contacted the store 3 times and the manager assured me that the items had been returned. The first time they were sent to the wrong warehouse but they were tracked down by the shipping tracking number that the store had. The manager said it would take - takes to get this updated. I tried to explain this repeatedly to the collection agents that called me but they were rude and just wanted money that I do not owe them. I have a voice mail from the manager of the - store stating that these items were returned as requested. I do not owe this money to - and from researching complaints online, there are thousands of other people that are experiencing the same thing with -. They should not be allowed to get away with this type of scam. This is the second time that - has put this on my credit report. I disputed it the first time and it was removed and then they gave the claim to another collection agency and the phone calls and harassment started all over. This is just plain wrong!
