Bank of America Credit card department,
I believe that I have been taken for a ride in an online business scam. When attempting to report this I have been directed to your website and I am hoping that with your assistance I can dispute charges that were paid to companies for what I now believe is an online scam. I do n't think it is fair that I can not dispute charges over 60 days old and I have been advised that this 60 day limit is not applicable since these charges are not billing errors. Earlier this year and throughout this year I have paid a several companies for various products and services that have either not been delivered or are different from that which was described. The charges that I wish to dispute on my Bank of America card are $900.00 and $99.00 per month in a total of $290.00 both charged by a company called -.I tried to contact the company directly several times and they do not return my calls or answer my calls.
