Incorrect information on credit report Public record Washington

Equifax is reporting a public record on my credit file. I have disputed this item and they have verified the item. I request a detailed Method of Verification be provided within 15 days of receipt of this letter for the aforementioned account complete with the following information : Name Business address Telephone number of the person or business contacted during the investigation. If a detailed Method of verification can not be provided please delete this entry as requested. If your credit reporting agency refuses this request, I intend to sue for willful non-compliance under FCRA 616. In addition these accounts are negatively affecting my credit rating. I know your bureau is one that prides itself on accurate and fair credit reporting and would never maliciously maintain false, unverifiable records. Please correct this information and update my file immediately.
