Equifax Credit Reporting Complaint

Equifax Credit reporting department,

Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Texas

I have requested my free annual credit report from all - Credit Bureaus ; of which I received from - and -. Equifax constantly states my information given does not match their records. So I then go to the Equifax website to try to dispute info on my credit report. Again, I still receive the same message. I have a - account and I put the same info they have listed on their into Equifax online dispute form page and it sates, " Information does not match their records ''. So I call Equifax and am told to fax over documents and if I want to gain access to my credit file online I would have to pay for it. I believe Equifax is giving this prompt out to many people so that they can sell you your credit report and make profit. The information I 'm putting in is the exact same as I see on my - - profile page. I currently do not have a mortgage, car loan or credit cards but the security question prompt will not accept " None of the above '' as a response.
