Citibank Credit card department,
My closing agent mailed - checks to payoff my - CITI credit cards on -/-/-. The - checks were cashed by CITI on -/-/-, as of today CITI still does not apply those funds to my accounts and they are charging me late fees and reducing my credit limit because I " owe '' money to them.
