Citibank Credit card department,
I have requested and itemized statement from Sears ( Citicorp ) several times from the starting of the account to the present. We still have not received an itemized statement. We want to determine why the balance is so high. Every rep. we have contacted at Sears has given us a different answer from they can not send us an itemized statement to they are sending one out. As stated above we still have not received on.
