Bought - - - cards ( - transactions back to back $1000.00 each for - $500.00 cards ) at a - on -. Used -. Have done this many times in the past. Charge posted to -. - of - cards failed to activate. - card, although not used as of this time, appears active with access to the full $500.00. Called -/Incomm cust service immediately, within one hour of purchase - usually activated within ten minutes. After a very long hold to reach a human, got the run-around saying system error, problem will be fixed in 2 hours, we can not even access your card information. It has been three business days and again, only - card shows a balance, the other - are not recognized by their system. Their incident process is intolerable. I have notified the General Manager at the - store before doing an - charge back so she is aware this is not any attempt on my part at fraud.
