Citibank Credit Card Complaint

Sears Credit Cards is charging 21.99 % APR and this is excessive in light of todays interest rates. I pay between 14 % to 16 % on all my other credit cards and I think this is userous and predatory and unethical for them to be charging this much in interest. I pay $53.00 per month in interest on a balance of only $3300.00 so when I may a payment of $100.00 which is greater than the minimum I still am paying over 50 % of the payment in interest, This is just unfair.
