I have a Wells Fargo Bank credit card for about - years. I was reviewing my charges, when I notice a protection charge in case of unemployment. I call Wells Fargo Bank customer service for a explanation. The customer service indicate to me that they could not help me that I had to call the protection company. Furthermore, I receive a letter about - week later canceling the program and refunding - for 8 months and that I had agree to the product, but did not show me prove that I authorize or apply for the product. However, I have been paying for the product for 15 years. I had - for - in -/-/2015 and wells fargo bank never indicating to me that I had that option available to me..
